Our vineyard boasts the first PInot Gris vines planted in Nova Scotia. We embrace the Alsatian style Gris, meaning higher in alcohol and lower in residual sugar.
This wine is crisp and refreshing with floral notes on the nose and stone fruit and citrus on the palate.
