Lightly oaked to gently enhance the perception of sweetness this slightly off-dry white wine, made primarily from Seyval Blanc, presents with notes of rhubarb on the nose. A pleasing almost creamy finish, reminiscent of grapefruit custard, rounds out the palate.
Crafted in honour of one of Bear River’s own it is made to be shared with friends and family.
