A drier style Riesling with just a hint of sweetness, this wine sparkles with a bright mineral finish. The lively acidity pairs well with cheese and is excellent with seafood entrees.
A note about name: the Meguma Terrane forms the landscape of Southwestern Nova Scotia. Meguma is Mi'kmaq word derived from the root of the word for their people.
Much as a terrane is formed when two distinct geographical areas come together, so too is our latest Riesling. A deep freeze event in consecutive winters resulted in a necessary blending Niagara region Riesling with that of our Vineyard.
